    I. Product Overview

    The handheld ultrasonic processor is a portable ultrasonic processing device with a simple structure, developed based on the design concept of "the simpler, the more reliable". It adopts an integrated design of the probe and the main unit, making it the smallest integrated ultrasonic processor pioneered in China. The horn of this product is made of titanium alloy, which features high strength, high sound velocity, excellent corrosion resistance and good heat resistance, thereby extending the service life of the instrument. The product's circuit is manufactured using surface mount technology (SMT), with functions including automatic frequency tracking, automatic amplitude control, stable load, high electro-acoustic conversion efficiency and over-temperature protection. It can be operated for ultrasonic processing either manually or by being fixed on a stand, and is particularly suitable for processing micro or small quantities of samples (e.g., in EP tubes, microcentrifuge tubes, etc.). It supports both DC and AC working voltages and is equipped with a car-mounted power cable for convenient outdoor use.

    III. Structural Composition

    Due to its integrated design, the handheld probe ultrasonic processor has a simple and compact structure. It mainly consists of an adjustable switching power supply (12-24V/DC) and an ultrasonic vibration system. The ultrasonic vibration system is composed of an electronic tracking frequency converter, an ultrasonic transducer and a horn. The integrated design of the ultrasonic vibration system offers advantages such as convenience, high efficiency, energy conservation and portability.
